about the role we are seeking a strategic a/b testing manager to lead and transform our customer's experimentation program. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing their testing volume by 3x, driving a culture of continuous learning and improvement across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of experimentation tools and methodologies, along with a proven track record of leading large-scale experimentation programs.

develop mechanisms for capturing, sharing, and applying knowledge gained from experiments across the company.create a repository of learnings, case studies, and best practices accessible to teams company-wide.foster a culture of continuous feedback and iteration, ensuring insights from experiments lead to actionable improvements.organizational change management
lead the change management process to embed a culture of experimentation throughout the organization.identify and overcome barriers to cultural change, fostering an environment where experimentation is valued and encouraged.what you bring experience and skills
bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; a master's degree or mba is a plus.5+ years of experience in a strategic role, preferably in product management, experimentation, data science, consulting, or business strategy.proficiency in data analytics and experimentation tools (e.g., optimizely) and methodologies.strong experience in a/b testing and data-driven decision-making.excellent communication and change management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization.leadership and innovation
