fast-growing marketing agency seeking an experienced and talented web designer/developer to join the team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of design and technical skills, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and optimize websites effectively. key responsibilities:
1. design and develop responsive websites using wordpress and elementor.
2. implement seo best practices using yoast and optimize site performance with wp rocket.
3. troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to optimize website functionality.
4. ensure websites are user-friendly, visually appealing, and function across multiple devices and browsers.
5. assist with paid advertising campaigns, video editing, and copywriting as needed.
6. work independently to manage tasks and meet deadlines, while communicating effectively with the team.
7. collaborate with the team to align designs with client needs and company core values.
requirements:
1. bachelor’s degree in web design, web development, computer science, or a related field.
2. proficiency in wordpress and elementor for web design and development.
3. strong technical skills in html/css, seo principles, and web optimization tools such as yoast and wp rocket.
4. demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
5. strong communication and time-management skills.
6. self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. independent, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing projects.
8. able to work efficiently without constant supervision and deliver results that meet expectations.
desired but not required candidate qualities:
1. experience in paid advertising, video editing, and copywriting is a plus.
2. proficient in core skills and does not require basic training.
