*qualifications*:
- language proficiency: spanish and english (advanced - c1 or equivalent)
- required: academic background: industrial design, engineering (general), business administration or related.
- years of experience: 0 - 2 years in product management positions, business process, change management or sales management.
- capable of working under constant change conditions and understand the interaction between internal process & business outcomes, focusing on customer experience.
- soft skills: self learning, resilience, data driven, public speaking, stakeholders management, time management, presentation skills, excel, customer centric
- desire: technical skills: agile methodology, design thinking methodology, ux/ui, power bi, google analytics
