*be the spinning wheel of day-to-day hr activities - *act as advisor and sparring partner to local /regional managers.
being the "face of hr" in apodaca site, support the people managers and employees on day-to-day management of hr.
establishing a strong network with hr business partners, align initiatives and ensure one hr towards employees and people managers.
provide expertise on in supporting hr initiatives, programs and driving a positive company culture.
*responsibilities*:
responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- ensure the execution of the programs related to recruitment, employment processing, compensation, payroll, training and development, records management, succession planning, employee relations, retention and ensure they are delivered on time.
- driving hr initiatives and program to increase people managers' satisfaction and helping people manager to make positive business impact.
- working towards increasing employee satisfaction, motivation, engagement and retention.
- enhancing the existing hr process and aligning the global process with the region.
- managing investigative services for employee grievances, conflict resolution coordinating with executive personnel, and company counsel.
- it´s crucial to have experience on compensation and payroll tasks.
solid experience with hr systems solutions.
- managing employee relations counseling, onboarding, performance management, other development initiatives and exit interview.
*background & skills*:
- minimum of 5 years of experience in hr leadership roles and managing teams.
- bachelor's degree.
- experience working in a country/regional matrixed or otherwise complex environment.
- experience identifying and resolving issues independently, will take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances.
- fluent english.
- service mindset, solution oriented, open minded, resilient, proactive and strong sense of urgency.
- proven coaching, relationship building and cross functional influencing skills.
