This individual will be the lead system administrator for two 3rd party collection/oca management systems: at&t adam (account distribution and agency management) and mara (manual account referral application). Adam manages mobility and bsse-billed accounts, and mara manages wireline niche accounts.
*as lead, business analysis you will be responsible of*:
- acting as primary liaison with ivaluate, orbit, cacs admins
- communicating with ocas and vendors, including maintaining vendor guide documentation
- managing user access to systems and performing user audits
- implementing strategy changes as requested by the business, including new collections programs/larger strategy initiatives as well as commission rate updates, market share changes, and other smaller changes as needed
- leading oca onboarding and termination efforts
- monitoring oca & vendor acknowledgments on a daily basis
- performing data pulls, queries, analysis and account updates to support team needs
- performing reconciliations between the at&t source system, the collections system, and the ocas
- supporting compliance requirements and documentation as required by at&t (itap updates, ccam assessments, sox controls)
- assisting in the migration of data from orbit to adam
*requirements for this opportunity*:
- must be bilingual; fluent (advanced) in english comprehension, speaking and writing.
- bachelors, or associate degree on computer science or related preferred.
- 5 years of system administration experience.
- 5 years of data analysis experience.
- sql knowledge is preferred but not required.
- this position is primarily virtual/remote however you may need to go into a local office in 1-3 times per week.
