- manage key accounts and develop strong relationships with clients in the automotive sector.
- identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- achieve sales targets and kpis set by the company.
- stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

*requirements*:
- minimum of 2 years of experience in key account management or sales in the automotive industry.
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- bachelor's degree in business administration, mechanical engineering or related field.
- willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- fluency in english
- knowledge of apqp, ppap, and sop.
- basic knowledge of high-precision manufacturing processes, including honing and cnc milling
- experience in launching new projects/programs for suppliers in the automotive industry
- basic skills in gd&t for reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
