cloud and network services is a leading nokia business group that offers network solutions on core, business and enterprise segments, as well as cloud solutions and cognitive services.
it is a newly formed business group, that includes most of the former nokia software business, nokia's enterprise solutions, core network solutions including both voice and packet core, and managed and advanced services from its former global services unit.
this unit will also act as a delivery channel of certain products from other business groups to enterprise customers.
cloud and network services (cns) will target growth by leveraging the industry transition to cloud-based delivery, network-as-a-service business models, and software-led value creation.
job responsibilities & competencies
- accountable for cns care p&l and operations for delivering the entire customer scope of services to the customer within the assigned area of responsibility.
main responsibilities on e2e planning and management of financial and operational performance.
leads positive development of customer loyalty and nsw cs&c care business
- understands cost and revenue structures and impact of those to business profitability.
defines cost and revenue forecasts, follows actuals, ensures invoicing, analyzes profitability and takes necessary actions based on analysis
- manages all care operations towards the customer within the scope of contractual commitments.
strives to maintain the availability and performance of customer's network.
- sets up, drives and controls the care planning with the customer and internally, ensures care reports are prepared and delivered internally and to the customer, understands and applies care processes at daily operations
- customer relationship management in care phase including improvement of customer satisfaction and management of relationships with key care contacts
- care business management related to contract renewal process, care business planning and analysis, supporting sales activities, cost / profitability development
- operational management including provision of care services and optimizing nokia performance towards the customer's slas
- ensures compliance with global delivery models and standards
- responsible for delivery of the solution / transition to care phase (d2c)
- ensures that care plans are in place to have the capability (capacity & ability) to deliver within the t&cs and on time
- understands the contractual terms and is able to interpret those from commercial and operational perspective.
