this plan will help prioritize marketing communication plans, and it will guide the allocation of budgets and resources.- prioritizing the opportunities to guide innovation strategy and pipeline development - helping better alignment of innovation projects and resources to the biggest innovation opportunities- evaluating and prioritizing pockets of growth across growth platforms and categories, and estimating the size of the opportunity and recommending business plans to tackle the best opportunities- understanding and tracking competitive landscape to inform and enable better business decisions- partnering with sales and technical teams to drive the implementation of go-to-market strategies- coaching and developing a strategic marketing capability across the team- coordinating inputs on growth opportunities at the strategic planning process, ensuring opportunities have been properly captured during the planning cycle- actively participate as a member of the global marketing leadership team (gmlt)business- ensures there is alignment between regional marketing and regional technical team with respect to the business plan and ensures resources are appropriately focused.establishing priorities & objectives relevant to the country and tracking milestones to delivery business goals.- team up with sales teams to drive specialties growth.- have a deep understanding of the categories, segments, being able to access and influence key customer stakeholders- organize and share information from competitors- develop and execute plans to deliver current and future business.agility and innovation- support the general managers on the strategy plans.
