the role
as a senior talent acquisition specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for sales, customer experience (cx), and marketing teams, and others, across various seniority levels, including directors. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and team leads to understand the requirements, drive the recruitment process, and ensure the seamless integration of new hires into our organization. Your ability to identify and engage with exceptional candidates will directly contribute to our company's success in building innovative and high-performing teams.
as part of your day by day you will:
* utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and engage with high-caliber candidates, both actively and passively, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
* manage the end-to-end interview process, coordinating with hiring teams to schedule interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate timely decision-making.
* cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and key stakeholders across the organization, ensuring alignment of recruitment efforts with business objectives and fostering a collaborative hiring process.
* prioritize delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication, feedback, and support to candidates.
* work closely with other departments, such as hr, product, sales, and brand, to support broader organizational initiatives and goals.
your profile
* minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong track record of recruiting for sales, cx, or related roles.
* in-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques.
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
* strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs, with a flexible and proactive approach to recruitment.
* collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
