We are currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated network, it, and netsuite infrastructure administrator to join our team.
*primary responsibilities*:
- manage and maintain all cloud-based network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, routers, and vpns.
- manage all company software licenses and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
- maintain an inventory of all it hardware, including laptops, peripherals, printers, and headsets.
- oversee the rollout and support of desktop devices, including laptops and printers, and productivity tools such as outlook and microsoft office.
- troubleshoot all employee software and hardware issues, contacting manufacturers when necessary.
- continuously review infrastructure to determine where cost savings, upgrades, and new implementations are required.
- support the netsuite developer in maintaining the erp system infrastructure and actioning business-driven stakeholder requests to improve utility.
- take the lead on new implementations, such as voip system upgrades and windows intune implementation.
- provide occasional out-of-hours support as needed.
*requirements*:
- must have a minimum of 3-5 years previous experience in a similar role.
- diploma or degree in networking, hardware, or software configuration setup.
- extensive knowledge of windows office365 premium and experience with its administration.
- working knowledge of netsuite platform and experience building custom searches and reports.
- previous experience maintaining and upgrading voip infrastructure.
- excellent english verbal and written communication skills.
- self-starter with a passion for it and integrations.
- ability to work non-traditional hours.
- ability to work both remotely and from office in mexico city, once office in polanco is established.
