we're seeking a strategic and data-driven product manager to lead our seller education initiatives in mexico, spearheading the development and execution of comprehensive learning programs that empower sellers to succeed on our platform. This role will own the end-to-end product strategy and execution of educational experiences, working closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative, scalable solutions that address unique market challenges and drive seller success. The ideal candidate will combine strong product management expertise with deep understanding of the mexican e-commerce landscape to define, develop, and optimize learning pathways that measurably improve seller performance, platform adoption, and business growth. Success in this role requires excellence in stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and the ability to balance business objectives with seller needs while driving innovation in our educational offerings.
key job responsibilities
1. own the product strategy and roadmap for seller education programs in mexico, aligning with regional business goals and seller needs.
2. analyze seller behavior, success metrics, and learning patterns to identify opportunities for improvement in educational content and delivery methods.
3. collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, ux, engineering, operations) to develop and launch scalable learning solutions.
4. drive data-informed decisions through a/b testing, user research, and performance analytics.
5. partner with local and global teams to ensure educational content meets mx market needs while maintaining global standards.
6. manage end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conception to launch and iteration.

basic qualifications
- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- experience with excel or tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- fluent in business-level english and spanish, both written and oral.
preferred qualifications
- experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
