as a sr. Sales manager here at honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and managing a team of sales representatives. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and providing strategic insights to senior management. Your expertise in sales, leadership, and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business growth and market leadership.

1. lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets
2. develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas
3. build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
4. analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement
5. collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support
you must have
1. minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
2. proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
3. strong leadership and team management skills
4. excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
5. ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
