Performance excellence global auditor
job purpose:
the performance excellence team is looking for an internal auditor to help assess sanmina’s operations to ensure compliance with standards, with a focus on customer and demand management. They will also help to identify and prevent risks and ensure that the company's reporting is accurate and compliant.
nature of duties:
1. support the sites by guiding them in achieving business goals and targets, monitoring and driving improvements upon request.
2. perform site reviews/audits as per the schedule and assist the plants with improvement plans and corrective actions as needed. This will require altered work hours, based on the location being audited and possibly limited travel.
3. give independent and objective assessment of the plant’s operations and internal controls.
4. propose recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and identify other areas of improvement.
5. provide management with accurate and timely reports on audit findings, including recommendations for improvement.
6. maintain and enhance demand/customer management related processes, supporting documentation, training modules, reports, improvement projects, etc.
7. collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management strategies.
education and experience:
1. bachelor’s degree.
2. fluent in english.
3. experience in developing and executing audit plans and evaluating internal control systems.
4. strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
5. ability to work independently and in a team.
6. excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. the position will be locally based; relocation is not to be considered.
8. some travel may be required, so a passport will be required.
