*responsibilities*:
- create and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue goals.
- partner with customers to understand their business needs and goals
- leverage the sales playbook to drive a unique selling proposition and increase sales of platform-based solutions
- guide, prospect and qualify opportunities.
overcome customer objections and close sales.
- develop, actively manage, and continually expand the pipeline of sales opportunities to increase market share.
- balance strategic and tactical activities to optimize coverage and develop a predictable revenue stream.
- maintain a highly active program of proactive and informative phone/face-to-face interactions with existing and prospective customers.
- present and sell company products and services to new and existing oem and odm customers.
- build, maintain and grow relationships with key customer decision makers and influencers through collaborative planning and partnerships
- develop and manage relationships with business development, inside sales and operations teams
- resolve customer queries and claims.
- update crm, prepare and write weekly and monthly progress reports.
*requirements*:
- fluent and accent-neutral spoken english.
- previous experience as a sales representative, sales manager, or sales and marketing manager: meeting or exceeding targets
- background in technology, with experience in sales of it products and services.
- "hunter" sales mindset with strong negotiation, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- ability to connect, build rapport, communicate, present, and influence at all levels of the organization, including executive and senior level.
- well organized thinker with proven ability to develop sales strategies and plans.
- executive presence, self-managed and motivated, with strong leadership skills.
- excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- deadline and detail oriented.
- college/university degree or combination of education and related work experience
