you will be accountable for supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, import-export licensing, shipment of products, and third-party warehousing.
you will evaluate customer support and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are met.
you will provide data analysis for production planning and volume studies; and participates in process/rating improvement efforts.
*key responsibilities*:
- provide site functions to support ottr in risk of impact due supplier delivery misses.
- creation and follow up stos (idos), rtvs, shippers.
- preventive shortages actions siops, lobs, ctbs
- receiving asn, earlies (inventory approval request)
- mrb (rmra, warps, risk release, customer info, cofcs)
- vendor managed inventory
- integrators inventory management
- support company audits.
- support gov audits.
- coordinate brokers activities for customs clearance when required.
- ensure compliance with all applicable commerce laws (global adherence)
- support new customs/logistics initiatives.
*you must have*:
- bachelor's degree (logistics, trade, international law).
- 3 years of experience as a logistics analyst, planner, procurement or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience managing projects
- 3 years of experience on sap or similar
- advanced english
