As a retail training advisor, you will ensure the performance of our customers with the highest quality by identifying training needs!
*key responsibilities*- conduct needs analysis of our dealership store teams to provide them with the skill set vital to operate efficiently and to the best customer service standards.- train the different school store programs for the dealer network.- increase efficiency and service level indicators for assigned school stores and participants!- work with other areas to help build or customize any learning materials needed for trainings.
*qualifications*- previous experience as a trainer or equivalent, in commercial or retail structures.- extensive travel availability to deliver face-to-face courses when required in your area.- self-directed individual, comfortable working under pressure in a high performance environment and passionate about training.- intermediate proficiency in english.- graduate of a bachelor's or higher degree; preferably in education, psychology, pedagogy or equivalent.- desirable knowledge of store indicators, action plans, smart method.
