in this role, you will hold a key position in shaping our hr generalist strategy, optimizing the hr employee lifecycle processes, ensuring seamless service delivery, and enhancing overall efficiency. You will be accountable for the hr generalist team for mexico, collaborating with hr admin from other countries, and working closely with hrbps.
responsibilities
* oversee the onboarding and hiring process for new employees.
* manage the termination process, including document creation, signature follow-ups, process control, and support for hr business partners (hrbps).
* ensure legal and compliance adherence by leading audit processes for employee documentation, verifying compliance and accuracy, and implementing noms and local regulations.
* maintain and update employee records with all necessary documentation.
* support immigration cases in collaboration with external lawyers.
* help design and update hr policies in compliance with global requirements and local legislation.
* collaborate and communicate consistently with other departments to ensure efficient daily issue resolution.
skills
must have
* bachelor's degree in hr, administration, or related field.
* attention to detail.
* hr administration experience of at least 5 years.
* process control expertise.
* knowledge of mexican labor law.
* experience with onboarding processes.
* experience with termination processes.
* effective written communication skills.
* ability to work collaboratively in a team.
nice to have
experience with nom 035 and 37 applications and new legislation; audit experience.
