about the role asstorytelling and narrative manager, you will be the creative forcebehind the narrative universe of vidantaworld—beginning with itsflagship park, bon: beauty of nature.
you will define, develop, andprotect the central storylines across parks, lands, and keyattractions, ensuring a consistent, emotionally powerful, andoriginal storytelling identity.
your mission will be to buildimmersive worlds that deeply connect with guests and come to lifethrough every detail of the experience.
to achieve this, you willcollaborate with multidisciplinary internal teams and world-classcreative partners, guiding the narrative vision from concept toexecution across physical, digital, and branded platforms.
keyresponsibilities - design the macro narrative of vidantaworld,establishing its mythology, tone, values, and creative vision toensure coherence across current and future parks.
- develop anddocument the core storylines for each park, themed land, andattraction, including characters, plotlines, and uniqueatmospheres.
- lead the creation of "narrative bibles" andstorytelling guides to be used by creative teams across all formatsand disciplines.
- collaborate with architecture, design,entertainment, technology, content, and marketing teams to ensurenarrative alignment in every guest touchpoint (visual, audio,interactive, and scenic).
- supervise the work of externalagencies, creative studios, writers, and designers, ensuring theirproposals align with the overarching story vision.
- advise andvalidate narrative direction across derivative experiences such aslive shows, audiovisual content, interactive journeys, digitalexperiences, branded content, and communication campaigns.
-continuously update and evolve the narrative as new parks, lands,and attractions are developed—ensuring both consistency andinnovation.
- participate in naming processes, advertisingstorytelling, and brand communication to maintain a consistentnarrative identity across vidantaworld's positioning.
- stayinformed on global trends in storytelling, theme park design,immersive experiences, and narrative innovation to apply bestpractices.
- inspire and articulate a shared storytelling visionacross vidanta teams, fostering a creative culture that embracesthe transformative power of stories.
requirements - bachelor'sdegree in creative writing, literature, communication, film,narrative design, or related fields.
- master's degree instorytelling, media production, or experience design (preferred).
-8+ years in narrative development within entertainment, themeparks, video games, film, or immersive experiences.
- provenexperience leading interdisciplinary creative processes.
-international exposure or involvement in large-scale entertainmentprojects (preferred).
- storytelling, worldbuilding, and characterdevelopment - bilingual creative writing (english and spanish) -ability to translate abstract concepts into physical, digital, andemotional experiences - strong aesthetic sensibility and ability towork with visual and scenic teams - leadership and cross-functionalcollaboration - passion for narrative innovation and memorableguest experiences.
