following both corporateand local strategies, the field marketing manager will driveprograms (including digital and physical events, content creation,inbound, abm and outbound campaigns, partners activities etc.
)designed to deliver pipeline and develop the brand awareness andpositioning.
what will you do?
- develop and execute acomprehensive marketing plan and budget to support the growth ofthe latam market and reinforce customers and partners relationship.identify new growth opportunities and support new marketdevelopment.
- plan and execute integrated programs across diversechannels, including event management, content localization, targetoptimization and performance tracking.
- foster a strongcollaboration with the sales team (bdrs and aes) to enhancepipeline generation and recommend tailored marketing support,including abm initiatives, outbound strategies, and contentdevelopment.
- improve our digital presence through social media,employee advocacy or public relations.
- continuously measure andanalyze results of marketing programs implemented to effectivelysupport the sales and the brand visibility.
what are we lookingfor?
- master's degree in marketing/communications.
- minimum 5years of relevant work experience in marketing for b2b companies.
-experienced with crm, marketing automation tools, web/social mediaplatforms and web techniques.
- good project management andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to take initiatives andmeasure results in a challenging environment.
- good communicationand presentation skills, creativity, organization, proactivity,autonomy.+ strategic thinking, result-driven - native spanishspeaker with strong written skills.
fluent in english is mandatory.knowledge of portuguese would be a plus.
- knowledge and experiencein the it industry would be ideal.
