Office manager mexicoas we expand internationally and open our new office in mexico city, we are looking for a dedicated administrative expert to oversee all day-to day office operations as well support the need of the regional ceo and manage fnancial needs and documentation.
this person needs to be a hands-on problem solver and a strong communicator.
this person will also have contact with clients and will be the welcome face at the entrance.manage calendar and all needed request to support regional ceo.be in charge of day-to-day office management, ensuring a clean, healthty, safe workplace and managing all office vendors.plan and coordinate team events.point person for all visitors and onsite meetings.handle accounts receivable and accounts payable needs including implementing payment protocols and process maintaining control of all invoices in méxico and intercompany with mach9 usa, and tracking business expenes as well as creating invoices for the company.tracking business financials, including managing cash flow and aligning with finance team and external accounting firm for all taxes and financial management.manage vendor and client onboarding process.maintain up to date files.principal contact for local employees for their day to day needs and operations.some experience in admin/office management/ea role.startup experience or desire to work in startup environment preferred.friendly demeanor and professional verbal and written communication.bilingual (spanish,english) spoken and written.extremely organized and diligent with record keeping.work closely with us people team to ensure compliance and consistency across organization.manage all onboarding responsibilities for new hires.support with recruiting coordination and scheduling.age 32-38.interested people please send cv with photo.
