your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* ensure operational conversion of bpa strategic objectives within a specific business area
* provide management with accurate and relevant business analytics to assist in monthly operational reviews and ad-hoc requests and ensure timely and accurate information collection.
* conduct analyzes to assess risks and opportunities; make recommendations to mitigate these risks.
* manage and provide financial analysis and decision support for an investment/project in a domain
* ensure that consistent business performance is properly monitored and measured and conduct early warning for redirection of resources with business partners.
* provide accurate operational information and advice to support the annual budget, up-to-date forecasts and strategic planning processes.
* ensure the integrity of the data of the commercial teams and provide added value; provide recommendations on improving forecast accuracy.
* notification of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to novartis products within 24 hours of receipt distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)
minimum requirements:
* chartered accountant or finance degree with 5+ years of experience in finance domain
* strong understanding of bpc concepts, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
* experience with sap bpc or similar enterprise planning and consolidation tools is highly desirable.
* proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
* excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
