we are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of strategy consultant to join our team:
* location: miguel hidalgo, cdmx
* work schedule: monday to friday from 9 am to 6 pm
* work model: hybrid
what is your day to day?
* partner with our portfolio & location strategy sme to understand client issues and structure strategic solutions to develop a methodology that helps them solve their goals/issues.
* research & compile market data and analyze different types of information at a global scale.
* gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data for input into project-specific deliverables.
* compare data against best practices and/or benchmarking trends.
* position jll industry knowledge and be able to make data-driven recommendations.
* perform qualitative and quantitative financial analyses including development of pro forma financials on pre-tax, after-tax, net present value cash flow and book bases.
* use critical thinking techniques and analytical skills to help solve complex problems, including using methods such as human-centered design, design thinking, predictive analytics, etc.
* participate in and assist with client engagement activities, including interviews, surveys, focus groups and workshops.
* review and analyze client’s qualitative and quantitative portfolio data, legal documents, and other materials as part of the project due diligence process.
* perform data visualization on raw data for use in developing scenarios, dashboards, and financial modelling/analysis with minimal supervision.
* summarize all the findings and develop client presentations following jll standards.
* assist in the preparation of client deliverables, including presentations, reports, and proposals, ensuring accuracy, quality, and professional standards.
* present the results to the client in an innovative, pragmatic, and fact-based manner.
* assist consulting team with thought leadership initiatives through research and presentation development.
what are we looking for?
* 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, real estate, portfolio strategy, workplace strategy, change management or related industry is preferred but not mandatory.
* financial modeling; statistics / research experience.
* proficiency in microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint), powerbi, python, fabric and gis tools.
* fluent english.
* bachelor’s degree with a focus in architecture, real estate, business, finance, accounting, or related discipline.
* well-developed verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
* highly organized.
* client centric; strong teaming/collaboration skills (including virtual collaboration with remote colleagues); solid project management abilities.
