your role and responsibilities
in this role, you will have the opportunity to perform a vital role in contributing to the company's strategic objectives. Each day, you will make a positive impact on business operations by supporting and collaborating with the business. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in the comprehensive global trainee program as per the plan. The work model for the role is: remote. This role is contributing to the country holdings in mexico. You will be mainly accountable for:
1. supporting the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of processes within the defined area as directed.
2. contributing to multiple assignments with clearly defined key performance indicators across various countries to broaden your experience and further develop intercultural skills.
3. delivering the assigned tasks/projects within the assignment period.
4. participating in required formal training programs (e.g., leadership challenge program, specific functional training) to develop personal, functional, and leadership skills.
qualifications for the role
* recent graduate with no more than 3 years of experience in total (mandatory)
* you are immersed in project management and continuous improvement.
* ability to demonstrate your experience in finance
* possess an enhanced knowledge of excel and powerbi
* you have a passionate attitude, resilience, and capacity for continuous learning and development
* degree in finance, administration, business or related
* you are at ease communicating in english at an advanced level
