as our next modernization hunter, you will be responsible for proactively targeting modernization opportunities outside the current customer base.
responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
customer relationship management
1. proactively develops and creates customer relationships in his/her area of responsibility
2. is accountable for developing kone position in his/her customer base or market area
3. creates and communicates leads and sales opportunities for entire kone sales team (e.g. cross-selling)
4. ensures customer satisfaction and solves complaints with the rest of kone team
5. documents the customer and contact information, maintains customer data
sell
1. proactively generates opportunities from outside current customer base
2. is accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets
3. is accountable for finding customer needs and that kone’s solution matches with the needs
4. is responsible for pricing using the approved tendering tools, and for optimizing prices and discounts within his/her authority
5. validates that the contents of the contract are in line with the negotiation process outcome
6. maintains full information of opportunities, tasks and visits (sales funnel management)
7. responsible for timely and accurate reporting in crm
8. responsible for gathering relevant information about market and competitors from the field
9. supports the finance function in money collection
10. drives execution of her/his individual sales plan
hiring requirements:
1. bachelor’s or master's degree in economics, engineering or another relevant field.
2. 3-5 years of working experience in selling similar services/products.
3. experience from/familiar with solution selling methodology
4. experience from/familiar with (selling) complex technology solutions.
