as our next project administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the project financial forecast and correct posting of actuals, managing project documentation, invoice triggering, and payment monitoring.
responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* support the project manager with all tasks not requiring decision-making and help maintain the project plan.
* monitor the project schedule (e.g., expiring s-plan milestones) and notify the project manager about the need to update schedules.
* request additional materials/services in coordination with the pm or supervisor.
* monitor and update cost forecasts in sap with actuals and incoming invoices, ensuring that revenue and cost forecasts are updated monthly and that relevant guidelines regarding forecast change approvals are followed.
* monitor actual costs vs. plans and report deviations, preparing revenue and cost plan status information for forecast reviews.
* use correct activities and cost elements in the booking of actual costs and create prs when required.
* check invoices without pos/grs and book against planned primary costs.
* administer change orders/variation sales, performing correct order booking in the system and ensuring appropriate communication of changes across all relevant fl and sl functions.
* maintain the s-plan schedule in the system as instructed by the project manager.
* monitor project gates and s-plan accuracy and compliance.
* collate end-of-project documentation for submission to customer, maintenance, and archives.
hiring requirements:
* bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, administration, or a similar area.
* at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
* good knowledge of ms excel.
* good knowledge of using erp.
