*what you will be doing*:
- administer arrow latam's benefit programs, including but not limited to medical, life, vouchers, time off, and wellbeing/eap.
- ensure benefit program changes are implemented and executed.
- track and support the insurance renewal process in partnership with the broker, hr, risk management, legal and finance.
- monitor broker and vendor relationships to ensure service level standards are met.
- process benefits-related invoices.
- support and resolve escalated employee issues using the case management system.
- support the enhancement of the case management system and the hr service delivery model.
- support the global c&b team with the implementation and ongoing production support of the benefits system tool in latam.
- partner with finance to administer mexico's car benefits.
- identify process improvements to streamline processes and procedures.
- engage with benefits team and cross-functional teams within the americas to support initiatives and special projects.
- research market data trends and provide recommendations.
- interpret and implement local policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
*what are we looking for?
*
- typically requires a 4 year degree and 2-4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- advanced knowledge in excel, word, powerpoint.
- strong project management and analytical skills and attention to details.
- excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills in english and spanish with the ability to adjust the communication style to match the situation and the environment, and the intended audience.
