we are looking for an assistant community association manager to support the following activities:
* assisting in the day-to-day management of homeowners associations, including single-family homes and condos.
* coordinating maintenance requests, scheduling repairs, and serving as the point of contact for homeowners and vendors.
* attending meetings (primarily via zoom) and ensuring follow-up actions are completed efficiently.
* preparing and reviewing detailed meeting minutes to ensure all decisions and discussions are accurately documented.
* understanding and supporting the planning and execution of board meetings and related tasks.
* drafting and managing requests for proposals (rfps) for community projects and vendor services.
schedule:
* monday to friday
* daylight saving: 10:00 - 18:00 mexico city time
* regular schedule: 11:00 - 19:00 mexico city time

after the first 3 months, we add the following:

candidates must be on a 6-hour driving distance from guadalajara or mexico city to apply for this position.
minimum requirements:
* 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
* prior hoa experience (mx or us).
* strong people management and written communication skills.
