We expect all our team members to deliver excellence in both technical expertise as well as in their everyday relationships with their team.core responsibilitiesmanage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for multiple clients.oversee month-end and year-end closing processes for different entities.ensure compliance with gaap, tax regulations, and client-specific financial policies.develop and implement accounting policies and internal controls for each client.provide financial insights, recommendations, and strategic guidance to clients.coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and tax professionals.oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions across multiple entities.optimize financial processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.train and mentor accounting teams to maintain consistency and accuracy across client accounts.utilize financial software (e.g., quickbooks, netsuite, sap) to manage multiple accounts efficiently.qualifications & requirementsbachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (cpa or mba preferred).3+ years of experience in financial management, in multi-client accounting (mandatory).5+ years of progressive accounting roles.3+ years of supervisory role.strong full-cycle accounting skills.excellent experience in quickbooks online and desktop (mandatory).must be able to adapt to new software systems such as xledger, sage, or netsuite, as required by clients.excellent financial reporting skills, and compliance regulations.excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.advanced communication skills to interact with multiple clients and stakeholders.ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines effectively.position schedule detailsfull-time remote positionmonday - friday (40 hours/week)benefits & perkscompany-paid employee private health, emergency, basic life, and short-term disability insurance stipend.internet and electricity subsidy.coursera and edx education bonus.
