*responsibilities*:- make the accounting record of the company's operations.- track billing, payments and collections.- support for the preparation of the monthly and annual accounting closing.
support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.- plan and manage travel arrangements, process expense reports, and manage calendars for various leaders.- receive and accompany visitors.- process incoming and outgoing mail and packages, both national and international.- responsible for meeting room management.
administrative support.experience required for the position.- recent *accounting graduate*, (degree process)- 6 months of experience as an administrative assistant/receptionist (desirable) experience in customer service.- ability to manage deadlines and manage priorities.- excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.- ability to interact effectively with senior leadership.- excellent verbal and written communication skills.- intermediate knowledge of microsoft office outlook, word, excel and powerpoint.- organization and detail orientation.- problem solving skills.
