will work closely with sap/successfactors to act as a subject matter expert.
the hr technology lead i will also be responsible for training other team members on the systems and data.
key responsibilities:lead/manage strategic hr projects that have an impact on the mysuccess platform.collaborate with it and instructional teams to identify and implement best practices.optimize learning platforms and tools.work closely with other team members to identify and correct potential data or technology issues.support process improvement initiatives for learning activities such as registration, reporting, assessment completion.act as primary administrator of the mysuccess platform.provide timely support to learners and instructors.

qualifications:completed bachelors' degree in hr, it or related business field.2+ years of experience using sap successfactors.2+ years of experience across core hr processes, training and development.experience as a successfactors system administrator.ability to work in a highly dynamic environment responding to challenges with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to deliver.ability to demonstrate analytic credibility with stakeholders.problem solving abilities to ensure employees have successful resolution of their issues.experience working in a high volume, shared services environment.advanced english (spoken and written).
