6+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies requires, and at least 8+ years of professional background
- fluency in both, spanish and english
key job responsibilities
- define the strategy and track towards key goals for all gc channels (electronic, brick and mortar, and b2b).
- drive continuous improvement across the gc end-to-end customer journey.
- manage gc international team partnerships to improve product features.
- communicate gc regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership (i.e., wbr, qbr, flashes) including progress to goals, opportunities and roadblocks
- forecast mx gc key inputs partner with leadership teams in the annual budget planning process.
- work with existing and potential partner/vendor relationships to grow the b2b gift card business in mx through different use cases and verticals.
- increase gc ntas, issuance, and profitability in b2b channel.
- drive gc b2b key input and output goals, including new business signings, new business issuance, discount rate, and profitability targets.
- independently manage complex contract negotiations for new and renewal b2b clients while working with senior executives inside and outside of amazon
- identify and develop cross-sell or bundling opportunities with other amazon business units that can be offered in conjunction with amazon gift cards
- experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- experience developing, leading, negotiating and executing corporate and/or business transactions
