Develop high quality prototypes with specific value propositions from the design of experiment, recipe formulation, lab trials, processing conditions, physical chemical parameters, troubleshooting to process scale-up.
- resolve customer needs and challenges with our solutions.
- develop technical and food formulation expertise within the savory category utilizing the ingredion portfolio. Provide technical advice and validated recommendations to internal and external customers.
- carry out laboratory trials at idea labs and customer facilities to support projects from the gtm team.
- compile data from laboratory or industrial trials and prepare technical reports for internal and external customers according to our internal procedures.
- effectively communicate ideas, concepts, solutions, and project results to strategic customers of the savory category.
- prepare technical presentations, prototype demonstrations, trainings, and workshops for internal and external customers’ visits.
- provide technical support and develop prototypes for marketing campaigns, product launches, tradeshows, webinars, and other activities.
- keep up to date on food trends, customer needs, consumers insights and technology (including sharing with the team whenever needed) to develop new solutions.
- translate analytical data and market insights into meaningful value propositions to customers.
- participate actively in regional expert meetings to define strategies to promote our solutions with customers.
- participate actively in global expert meetings to share and exchange technical knowledge.
- lead all activities related to the savory laboratory (equipment, maintenance, new equipment, methods/procedures, safety, and service purchase).
- contribute to safety programs on-site. Continuously provide suggestions to upgrade safety awareness in the company.
- take part of internal initiatives and activities related to digital transformation.
