functions and responsibilities:
* workstation design
* preparation of work instructions (visual aids)
* line balancing
* installed equipment update
* automate processes
* monitor and analyze the performance of the smt production line
* ensure that smt equipment (placement machines, baking, inspection, etc.) are correctly calibrated and operate under optimal conditions.
* identify opportunities for improvement in smt processes to increase productivity, reduce downtime, and minimize defects.
* coordinate smt line operations, ensuring the correct execution of component assembly processes on the pcb board.
* control the inventory of materials and components required for the smt process, coordinating purchases and supplies with the purchasing area.
* monitor and ensure compliance with quality specifications during all stages of the smt process, from component placement to soldering.
experience and requirements:
* bachelor’s degree or above with a major in engineering.
* more than 8 years of experience in the position in an electronics company.
* proficient in using multimeters and equipment for measuring voltages, currents, etc.
* knowledge of nxt, fuji, panasonic, etc. equipment.
* leadership skills.
* experience with wave and selective welding equipment.
* advanced english skills.
