*what will you be doing?*
the primary objective of the infrastructure & gws delivery manager is to ensure divisional pbna aop network and compute projects are successfully delivered through all project lifecycle stages, delivered to the latest pepsico engineering standards and are delivered on-time and within budget. This role will collaborate with cross functional teams, vendors and supplier to execute legacy cio application technology lifecycle management hardware requirements.
- deliver quality field it networking & telecom solutions by using pepsico engineering standards
- collaborate with cross functional teams, managed services providers and vendors to ensure aop projects are delivered timely, meeting pepsico standards and within budget
- document project scope, sector requirements, estimates, set timelines and manage the project management approval process through the it and pbna pipelines
- mitigate and escalate all program risks to delivery lead
- manage & facilitate conversations with the ability to drive deep technical discussions, driving clarity of complex issues/requirements to build robust solutions, with people of various levels, backgrounds and personalities
- adapt and flex pertaining to program or project deadline pressure, ambiguity, and unplanned changes or requests that may take priority or have urgent deliverables
- develop annual aop estimates with sr leadership for sector strategic projects & ideation
- manage all project life cycle stages in the project management
- manage and track all project financials for approved investment and baseline spend
- partner with asset management and pbna fixed asset teams to provide monthly financial project updates, provide a hardware demand forecast, ensure asset details for capitalization are provided timely and provide guidance where needed to maintain asset database accuracy and currency.
- develop and communicate demand planning on all expected hardware delivery to meet aop projects
- learn and share knowledge of the us and canadian business operations and pepsico engineering technology standards to enable strategic planning for network currency with junior team members and peers
- partner with pepsico engineering leadership quarterly to determine any changes in pepsico standards and react/mitigate based on impact to program and field deployments
- partner with field site operations team leadership to align on network delivery hypercare and transition management planning, support documentation and audit details to the cto service desk lead
- partner with sector application leaders & cto team members to align on tlm and decommissioning plans based on pepsico enterprise architectural technical standards
- complete post project implementation location audit to ensure project was delivered to correct specifications
- support division and/or sector escalated make/move/sell network connectivity issues during deployments and hypercare with urgency
- partner closely with the field site operations presenting project scope, site alignment to secure downtime for planned maintenance field related activity and resolve issues.
- partner with 3rd party suppliers, drafting sow and aligning on estimates, scope and requirements, sow, financials, resource availability/capability and allocation required to meet deployment timelines
- drive the collection of performance metrics that will help drive automation, reduce network down time and enhance our decision-making capability
- identify areas of opportunity to build efficiencies throughout the project phases, including productivity savings and improved processes
- work with internal financial teams to monitor financial health of projects and order equipment through established procurement processes
qualifications:

- 7+ years’ experience vendor management, including negotiations and financial assessments
