role main responsibilities:
this role will play a critical role in our launch success:
5. execution of brand strategy through sales channel: lead the development and execution of prioritized field resources and tactics aligned to meet customer needs. Partner with agency and cross-functional colleagues to coordinate the review and approval through the agile approval process. Efficiently and effectively create and repurpose tactics, as appropriate.
6. disease state education campaign execution : coordinate development and execution of the educational campaign to close the clinical care gap.
7. off to a good start experience : provide clear direction and set appropriate expectations with the cross-functional team that all the key activities are completed on time to ensure an unparallel customer experience.
8. monitor and optimize performance : in partnership with omnichannel teams and sales leaders, determine the key performance indicators and measurement plan for owned marketing tactics. Track effectiveness and adjust course as needed.
