the opportunity: avantor is seeking a data management & analytics associate engineer at the mexico city, mx location.
the data management & analytics associate engineer works independently under close supervision, assisting in the design and development of data storage systems, processes, and enhancements for the company's complex high traffic, business-critical internet site communications and/or network-based (cloud) product systems.
assist with the implementation of new or additional storage technology to improve infrastructure service locally and remotely.
responsibilities: run master data harmonized global processes, ensuring high quality of data within the global standards.offer data management expertise to all functional areas.run master data services to internal/external customers.deliver master data support to the category managers and sourcing managers.maintain high level of data accuracy and consistency for product master data.maintain the supplier data base up to date and consistent with sap data.support the prp process with close cooperation with sourcing and the technical team.analyze data and find root cause of issues.proactively identify risks and countermeasures.define requirements and test cases and execute testing in sap.align with business partners and manage collaboration with functional areas and technical team.participate in sap implementation and improvement projects.what we're looking for: education: high school diploma or ged required.experience: advanced to expert-level experience in microsoft excel.previous experience in a corporate/multinational environment (min.
