roles and responsabilities
- taking ownership of assigned ar portfolio balances, collecting
delinquent and aged receivables, making sure senior leaders are informed in a
timely manner to avoid any adverse impact on customer and business.
- sending routine statements and demand letter to clients; ensuring team
members are sending escalations on timely basis
- deliver customer service by researching and responding to all
24-48 hours of receipt.
- research and analyze disputes and/or deductions raised by clients.
llow-up with various departments to get supporting documenr
dispute and/or deductions resolution.
cilitate operations and sales discussions to resolve any collection
and outstanding queries.
- participate in the monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounts receivable
close, including preparation of monthly journal entries (if any) and
reconciliations.
- understand and successfully reduce dso as directr ar portfolio.
- assist with ad hoc reporting,
analysis, and special
projects.

technical requirements
- 5- years of
- bachelor's degree
in accounting nance or equivalent (mnance/ca preferred)
- excellent
customer service, proactive, and strong work ethic
- effective verbal
and written communication skills with all levels of management and cross
functional organizations

- ability to
