as the drive & control company, we develop, produce, and distribute our components and system solutions in over 80 countries. You’ll find our drive and control technology in a wide variety of applications: from excavators and tractors to cnc woodworking and metal-cutting machines, automotive factories, packaging systems for the food industry, medical devices, and laboratories.
responsibilities:
1. plan and administrate the business strategic projects and activities, maintaining a close relationship with the executives of all areas.
2. support the management team to develop and execute the business unit strategy.
3. drive/participate in cross-functional teams within practice and across the organization as part of key strategic initiatives.
4. support with business-related reports (financial, business, etc.) by working with the commercial function.
5. improve management tracking and reporting with digitalization.
6. ensure yearly calendar is published and executed as planned (business review, goal definition, deployment, quality, hr related, etc.) - run monthly status review along with department managers and commercial functions.
7. plan and orchestrate meetings/workshops among the management team and drive the outcomes.
8. manage practice initiatives with different teams (e.g., communication desk, tracking so strategic tasks, hr interventions, etc.).
9. develop reports and market analysis for relevant service lines, providing strategic inputs to managers.
10. strategize and manage resource management topics as per pul and targets.
11. support in preparing data for decision making (future proofing, scenario planning, trend analysis, talent pool).
12. plan and organize practice-wide new initiatives to foster collaboration, business development, and innovation.
13. plan and coordinate agenda for senior management visits.
14. prepare meeting protocols for key strategic meetings and track open points to closure from management meetings.
qualifications:
* strong verbal and written communication skills in english and spanish (presentation experience) and ability to work well across functional disciplines.
* demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
* strong time-management, organization, and analytical skills.
* proficient in developing and maintaining strong networks.
* high level of self-motivation, a passion for change, and drive for success.
* works under general supervision. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals. May orient, train, assign, and check the work of other employees.
* project management advanced skills and experience of at least 5 years.
