*position overview*:we're looking for a strategic and creative senior marketing manager to lead and execute our company's marketing efforts across social media, newsletters, content, and ads.
this person will play a critical role in maintaining our brand voice, driving engagement, and ensuring our marketing efforts resonate with the startup community.
they will also oversee marketing initiatives for our annual conference, partner programs, and year-round events.
you will report directly into the cmo.key responsibilities:- develop and execute our company´s overall marketing strategy across social media, newsletters, and other communication channels.- lead the ads strategy and execution for our annual conference and other key programs throughout the year.- support with speaker research, outreach, and content development.- manage the relationship with our design agency, overseeing all creative assets.- work closely with the partnerships team to ensure partner marketing deliverables meet our brand guidelines and provide value to our community (without feeling overly salesy).- drive ticket sales for our annual conference through strategic marketing campaigns, community engagement, and paid media.- continuously analyze performance metrics and optimize marketing efforts to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
*desired skills & qualifications*:- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in digital marketing, content, and social strategy.- proven experience in ads strategy and execution, particularly for large-scale events or programs.- strong understanding of brand positioning and the ability to maintain a consistent, high-quality brand look and feel.- experience working with design agencies and ensuring top-tier creative output.- a keen sense of storytelling, audience engagement, and marketing that speaks authentically to a startup audience.- data-driven mindset with experience tracking performance metrics and optimizing campaigns.- ability to work independently in a small, fast-moving team, bringing creative ideas to the table and executing them without corporate red tape.- preference to work est hours
