*responsibilities include*:- enter sales orders through the company's erp system.
assist on the inside sales promotions as part of the primary activities.- resolve customer product / order issues in a courteous and professional matter, both outbound and inbound.- process returns goods requests, other service issues and any other adjustments for customers.- coordinates shipping requirements with distribution centers.- support on maintenance to the erp system.- learn about technical aspects of our products.- think outside the box by proposing improvements to processes.- maintain work documents updated.- ability to provide excellent judgment in ambiguous situations and creative problem solving.- act as backup for activities performed in other departments within customer service- must meet and comply with department and company policies, procedures, objectives, and regulations.
