- order stream management
- customer forecasting
- scheduling
- rfqs
- ecos
- kanbam, liability and customer agreements
- new product introduction
primary point of contact for all customer communication
primary point of conctact to internal teams regarding customer needs and requirements
coordinates npi activities with quality, suplly chain, engineering and production
delegates specific tasks to program administrator and other cross-functional groups in support of customer needs
