The opportunity:
are you ready to make a meaningful impact at pepsico? As part of our total rewards operations - compensation team, you will play a vital role in managing our long term incentive (lti) program across the globe.
Your work will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant administration of our executive compensation initiatives, making a difference in how we reward and recognize our talent.
Your role:
in this dynamic position, you’ll oversee key aspects of executive compensation, focusing on tax compliance, and reporting. You’ll collaborate with diverse internal teams—like total rewards, corporate tax, and hr operations—to ensure smooth execution. Your responsibilities will also include managing vendor relationships, maintaining data integrity, supporting technology developments, and enhancing communication around our executive compensation operations.
Key responsibilities:
lti vesting & release:
conduct regular reviews to ensure accurate tax withholding for various employee groups, including expatriates and business travelers.
Manage data integrity for banking info and ensure all necessary documentation is in place before lti releases.
Coordinate pre-funding and tax reporting activities for employees based in the us and canada.
Tax compliance & reporting:
review daily exercises to ensure correct tax withholding prior to settlements.
Update tax profiles based on employee status changes and ensure accurate reconciliation of tax transactions.
Insider trading & ownership tracking:
audit the insider trading list and track stock ownership for our executive team.
Prepare necessary documentation to support legal compliance regarding beneficial ownership.
Data management:
monitor daily data for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
Conduct monthly reconciliations to ensure alignment with our grant master report.
Ad hoc support:
assist with inquiries from internal teams regarding equity compensation and tax reporting.
Collaborate with the global mobility team to streamline compliance processes.

Qualifications:

We’re seeking a talented individual who is ready to take on the challenges of executive compensation with enthusiasm and expertise!
Education:
a bachelor’s degree in tax, accounting, or business is essential; a master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in managing or administering global equity compensation programs within a large organization, ideally with a financial, tax, or technical background.
A solid grasp of stock administration, including the nuances of cross-border moves, employment structures, and taxation.
Skills:
strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable terms for various audiences.
Proven capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a process-oriented mindset.
