- process customer orders, expedites, pricing requests.
- assists customers in project layouts as well as recommending the right solution.
- interfaces with other departments and field sales representatives on a daily basis.
- prepares general correspondence such as letters, quotes, reports, etc.
- coordinates shipping and returned material issues.
- customer account management for multiple customer
accounts in diverse markets.
- the position is responsible for the customer account
management to include order processing, inventory
management, pricing and accounts receivable.
- daily interaction with the outside sales force, providing
pricing and product availability information, working
together to meet customer needs and secure new business.
- daily interaction with the plant production scheduling
teams, managing customer requirements, and
communicating customer quality concerns.

Experiência y requisitos
- drive, high initiative and aggressive.
- communication skills, solid english verbal and written skills.
- past knowledge of crm and lead gen systems - a plus.
- bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related fields.
- minimum 3 years of experience
- english proficiency
- customer service focused, must have good telephone,
technical writing and communication skills.
- multitasking is required daily along with good organizational
skills
- entrepreneurial person who is business minded
- self motivated
- advanced pc skills in microsoft excel, word, powerpoint
- advanced analytical skills, including the ability to prepare and
analyze databases and spreadsheets to make solid business
decisions and recommendations to senior leadership
