- 1+ years management experience.
experience managing/leading a team of software engineers.
- excellent communication skills.
strong organizational skills.
experience working with both on-shore and off-shore teams preferred.
- solid understanding of object-oriented programming, and engineering best practices.
solid experience with different sdlc methodologies.
- ability to work independently with a can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
- passion for and ability to understand customer needs and deliver great solutions.
- experience with sales or marketing business processes preferred.
- solid software engineering and development experience.
- bachelor's degree in computer science or related disciplines or equivalent experience.
