- act as the technical module sme (concept, design, feasibility) in the onetrust platform
- coordinate with other module owners within the platform.
- clarification of technical details in backlog items and technical design of backlog items.
- support resource management.
- set standards & best practices within the chapter/capability, and encourage adherence to those.
- ensure an appropriate level of technical documentation.
- proactively address any risks & issues together with the team, and raise program/portfolio oversight, as required
- act as advisor to platform owner and provide expertise on platform usage, compared to other platforms, and related technology thought leadership
- cross-pollination of applicable standards & practices between teams.
- discussion of business and legal requirements with stakeholders.
- proactive suggestions on new features or tools.
- alignment & communication with other service lines on chapter-overarching practices & approaches
- drive continuous improvement of the consent management ecosystem in cooperation with purpose owners
- make developments leverage takeda agile sdlc toolset for code management, integration, and deployment.
- close collaboration with platform vendor for incident follow-up and platform enhancements.

*_ education, behavioural competencies, and skills:_*
required:
- bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in managing the consent module in onetrust.
- 3+ years leading a development team in agile methodologies.
- experience in stakeholder relationship management. Influential in orchestrating key stakeholders and product teams to turn product vision into reality.
- excellent oral and written communication skills, business acumen, and enterprise knowledge..
- understand design thinking and can explain and convince stakeholders.
- work with virtual/agile teams in different locations, aligning and adapting different work, culture, and communication styles
- onetrust certification
- familiar with all onetrust modules and platform architecture.
- web technologies, processes and capabilities in healthcare world.
- experience in designing, building, testing and monitoring workflows onetrust. Hence expertise in development is a must.
- data expert in relational databases using sql.
- proficiency in english
preferred:
- aws certification or expertise on aws architecture, rds, s3, ec2, access and security
- experience with jira, confluence and servicenow
- salesforce or veeva crm skills
- pharma industry experience
