npl coordinator leads and manages a project within the operations to support the project time, budget and functionality.
responsible for the specific input and output from the discipline in support of achieving project team objectives and targets.
define operations project targets (financial, scheduling and scope) = quality triangle
- selecting operations team members in conjunction with the line management
- establish adequate project organization (meeting structure, information/ knowledge exchange, documentation, archiving).
- helps to build up a supportive culture of cooperation and teamwork within the project
- tailor optional activities according to the projects' needs and ensure compliance to the processes.
- develop and maintain the operations plan in accordance with the valid processes (phases, deliverables, gates, etc.)

- perform risk management activities, control and steer the implementation of risk items with line and project management
*quality control*:
- ensure compliance to lean concepts, robust processes
- project management of line industrialization that meets cycle time, product and process requirements
- driving npl builds to completion and resolving open issues
*qualifications*:
- bachelors degree in a related field (engineering / sciences)
- at least 4 years experience in the automotive industry in a variety of functions.

- organizational and time management skills.
- knowledge in leadership and management changes
- good english level
*npl procedures*:
- knowledge of the product life cycle, the operations processes including project supporting processes
financial issues management
- key financial indicators (ebit, ros, gross margin), project budget knowledge (capex, production tooling, obligo), ramp up costs tracking & reporting
technical knowledge
- production technology, processes and test/inspection steps knowledge
- basic technical product knowledge (hw, sw, mechanical design, functionality)
- sap systems (change management, build readiness, logistics readiness - components and customer) (desirable)
- quality knowledge
- knowledge of key quality indicators (fpy, 0-km ppm, field ppm, warranty, scrap ratio), documents (8d)
- quality tools and methods for problem analysis, solving (fishbone analysis, 5 why, etc.)
