provides tailored coaching and development to a team of hr business partners and indirectly provides guidance to various site leaders.
contributes to the development and implementation of labor relations strategy, programs and governance models ensuring full compliance with labor laws; anticipating and addressing potential changes to the labor environment.
partners with operations leaders to design and execute plans impacting the workforce such as transfer projects, seasonal hiring and other site challenges.
tracks metrics and progress against key priorities.
leader of via initiatives to optimize employee satisfaction; continuously seeks improvement and puts employees first.
influences and negotiates with very high-level executives (e.g., exec3, exec2) in difficult situations; represents hp to internal and external stakeholders, such as works councils and unions, to communicate key issues and support contract negotiation at the country level.
applies financial acumen to day-to-day work and identifies areas of improvement focusing on maintaining a competitive cost of labor.
assesses hr implications of business strategies, identifies opportunities to further meet business needs and designs solutions.

experiência y requisitos
bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business, employee development, or equivalent.
10+ years work experience in a diverse range of hr functions.
5+ years of relevant supervisory experience.
advanced presentation skills to various diverse employee and senior leadership audiences including leaders located at different global locations.
superior verbal and written english and spanish communication skills, including advanced negotiation, presentation, and influence skills.
demonstrated knowledge of mexican labor law.
strong analytical thinking, analysis, problem solving skills, process orientation, and business acumen skills.
ability to summarize abstract ideas clearly and independently manage objectives.
demonstrated ability in working within a matrixed reporting structure.
strong relationship management skills and ability to develop strong relationships across organizations.
advanced leadership skills, including team building, conflict resolution, and management.
