*sharepoint administrator manager* position is a critical position for the converge growth team and is responsible for maintaining the converge sales academy platform used by the converge growth team, sales team, and other departments within converge.
the sales academy is the primary learning platform for the converge sales organization.they are a key member of the *sharepoint adminstrator*, who will report to the director of sales development and will focus on the management, optimization, and strategy for the converge sales academy.
this is a salary-based position.
*key responsibilities include*:- maintain and optimize the current converge sales academy sharepoint site, which includes adding new content, managing existing content, and continually updating the look, feel, and aesthetics.- create and execute a plan to move the current sales academy site and content to converge's new learning management system (lms), eloomi, in 2025.- take recorded training sessions from the converge sales academy and sales and practice training sessions from around north america and add them to the sales academy.
o sessions include videos, bookmarks, summaries, ppt, pdf, word, and other assets.- work with current converge sharepoint administrators to link and add sales and practice content from convergelink to the sales academy, with the goal of moving all sales and practice-based content or mirroring it to the converge sales academy over time.- work with converge marketing to take important recordings from sales meetings, trainings, and other initiatives and add them to the sales academy site.
*position requirements*- strong knowledge of sharepoint and the ability to administer, add, and manage content in an existing sharepoint environment.- learning management system (lms) knowledge and experience, ideally with the platform we are moving to in 2025, eloomi.- comfortable working across different divisions of converge, including sales, marketing, practices, and other areas.- well-organized with the ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner- identify areas of improvement for the converge sales academy and proactively take action to implement those areas of improvement.
