*what you’ll do*:
- the primary function for this role is to provide support and leadership on quality, product integrity and continuous
- improvement processes and systems aimed to achieve high customer satisfaction.- performs and leads warranty claim and failure mode investigation and analysis; resolves warranty issues and promptly responds to customer concerns and requirements.
- provides quality performance trend analysis and reports key quality and product integrity metrics
- provide insight and feedback related to product performance to the manufacturing engineering and product engineering groups
- manages the warranty procedures, systems, and policies.
- keeps constant communication between product line, sales, customer service and production to monitor and follow-up on warranty replacements.
- leads multi-functional team in 8d structured problem solving.
- leads reduction of costs associated with warranty, scrap, and cost of non-conforming contributors.
- participates in the deployment and support of the eaton quality system.
- supports cost out objectives outside of the warranty process impacting the overall business.
- administrates quality auditors and inspectors.
- provides support to manufacturing line when a quality issue is detected in raw material and/or production process.
- creates quality control plan and updates as necessary.
- establishes control methods, measures line capability, and performs gage r&r for measuring methods.
Li-mo1*qualifications*:
- engineering degree.

*skills*:
- knowledge in the interpretation of iso 9000:2015,
- experience as internal auditor.
- 80% of english (spoken and written).
- strong skills for solving problems (8d, pareto, 5 why’s, etc.)
- knowledge and experience with manufacturing processes desired (smt, soldering, molding, stamping, assembly, etc.).
- core tools.
