*job purpose*:*key responsibilities and qualifications*:the role includes but is not limited to the responsibilities listed below.- cooperate with the global head, latam coordinator and us based colleagues in pitching tmf's north latin america capital markets capabilities to us and mexican law firms, banks and other intermediaries; - cooperate with capitalmarket group's global management team in the review and coordination of multi-jurisdictional transactions; - cooperate with capitalmarket group's in creating guidelines for the onboarding and administration of transactions, including deal closing and signoff procedures, default and restructuring administration and litigation in mexico and latin america; - work with tmf's business academy and global head to create and deploy capital markets training sessions for the group and wider firm audience; - work with marketing tointerface with global, latam and mexican capital markets community, as well as coordinate and report on conference attendance and local marketing initiatives; - work closely with the global head, latam coordinator and other stakeholders to review strategy in latin america; - maintain a list of intermediaries located in north latin america and mexico; - assist capital marketshead of operations and north latam head with regional budget review; - attend meetings with capital markets community and serve as escalation point; - keep track of new and ongoing developments in mexico and latin america of relevance to the capital markets business; - participate in the writing of articles and assist with panels and business development meetings, relating to capital markets and serve as a point of contact for applicable industry bodies (eg lsta, lma, tact); and- represent the capital markets group on calls and meetings as needed
