*role purpose*
operates across a subset of agile teams
coordinating analysis to identify roadmap, capabilities, features, epics for teams to break down
ensure development and qa is completed and coordination of uat and demos with our clients.
*principal accountabilities and responsibilities* (_e.g., for business, customers and stakeholders; internal control environment, etc.)_
- requirements management, tracking and traceability using tools like jira, confluence, visio
- requirement gathering, writing and analysis
- creating use cases & clear choice
- review test plans, test cases ensuring traceability to all requirements
- work with vendor on requirements (gathering/writing/execution)
- guide scrum team during design, testing & warranty support
- review of global and regional functional change requests to assess validity and feasibility in line with current user requirements - avoiding duplication / bespoke solutions.
- sme for requirements, assessing applicability to current user requirements.
- organise and run meetings with key regional and technical stakeholders to review user requirements and advise on the appropriate approach to any functional change.
- advises regions on most appropriate approach / solution
- overall support to impact assessment for change requests on design, scope, time, budget or effort on programme plan and provide accurate estimates for handling new requirements, design changes and scope
- managing implementation of solutions
requirements
*functional knowledge*
- 5 year experience in agile & lean frameworks, change management framework & project management
- familiarity with key tools including pioneer, discover, gpdm, clarity, hibs, jira and confluence
- excellent analysis skills using a variety of techniques
- must demonstrate experience in business process reengineering or operational effectiveness programs
- proven experience in organizational governance (local and regional)
- 5 years professional experience in a large global organisation preferably in an transformation or it department or shared service organisation
- experience of working on a regional scale (i.e. across timezone & geography and with remote teams)
- highly motivated and able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines
- english language proficiency
